class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once founded by the Zismann brothers, Zismann Druckguss GmbH has been located in Heiligenhaus for over 60 years. Particularly demanding die castings made of zinc or aluminum are developed and manufactured here for all branches of industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Location factors are particularly important &#8211; especially for metal processing companies &#8211; in global competition. This is because the high price of electricity in Germany plays a major role for the energy-intensive industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All the more pleasing is the result from the cooperation between managing director Ralf Herre and our project manager Mr. M\u00fcller. Investments have already been made in energy-saving technology in the form of LED lamps. A new, energy-efficient transformer station from Horstmann &amp; Schwarz was still missing. Ralf Herre is clearly committed to the Heiligenhaus site (WAZ, 09.03.21). They are used as local network stations for local power supply or as customer stations. Customer stations are used when the power supply from the local low-voltage grid cannot be provided. This is also the case for energy-intensive companies such as Zismann Druckguss GmbH.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67ee934e elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"67ee934e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-333fa348 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"333fa348\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Savings potential of the new transformer station<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef641a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef641a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The 50-year-old 630 kVA Schorch transformer and the 31-year-old French 500 kVA transformer were replaced by a modern 630 kVA Horstmann &amp; Schwarz concrete compact transformer station. Due to the new lighting system already mentioned and other energy-saving measures, the requested connection capacity could be reduced. In addition, the no-load and short-circuit losses are reduced in accordance with the current Eco-Design Directive EU Regulation No. 548\/2014. This not only eliminated the need for a transformer, but also significantly increased overall efficiency.  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The additional power requirement due to the new machining center is thus ensured.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The transformer station was installed by us in accordance with the technical connection conditions (TAB).  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">erected and delivered ready for connection to the medium-voltage grid. The connection was made by the power grid operator, Stadtwerke Heiligenhaus.  <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e748b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e748b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Security of supply  <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee9fbef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee9fbef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another advantage of the new transformer station for the production of Zismann Druckguss GmbH is the secure power supply from the network of Stadtwerke Heiligenhaus. The old switchgear was clearly getting on in years and no longer complied with the applicable technical standards and guidelines.
